Retun & Exchange Policy

Exchange and Return:


-        The return period is 3 days from the date of receipt from the shipping company, and the replacement period is 7 days from the date of receipt from the shipping company .

-        The process of refunding the amounts via credit cards takes from 7 to 14 working days, depending on the bank of the “user .


cannot be completely returned or exchanged in the following cases :

·         The product that was used .

·         Installed product .

·         Products with malfunctions or defects caused by misuse (such as: breakage, scratches, misuse, etc.) .

-        The “user” bears a fee of 100 Saudi riyals, which is against the value of the delivery when requesting to return the “products” that were delivered through the home delivery service through the shipping company, unless the product has a manufacturing defect based on the technical report from the “medical specimen”.

- The user bears a fee of 250 Saudi riyals, which is in return for the delivery value when requesting the return or exchange of “products weighing more than 60 kilograms” that were delivered through the home delivery service through the shipping company (the weight is calculated by the shipping company and not written on the carton)

-        original box/carton, instruction booklet and all accompanying accessories, as well as any gift card, other gifts or offers accompanying the Products are required to be returned.

-        You must bring the original invoice when returning or exchanging.

-        Return and exchange include all items except for (medical mattresses - pillows - mattresses - braces - respirators and sensitive medical devices) unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

-        The product that the User wishes to exchange or return must be in the same condition as when purchased and in the original packaging.

-        The promotional offer associated with the returned product may be returned if it is in its original condition, or the value of the promotional offer will be deducted .

-        Purchases paid with vouchers, credit cards or through the purchase installment service cannot be refunded for cash.

-        Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company (it is considered an acknowledgment by the “user” that the shipment is in good condition and has not been opened before receipt .

-        You can return and exchange the product at the nearest “Medical Eye” store, and in the event that a branch is not available in the city in which the order was delivered, please contact us on the unified number for your service (920033969 ) or through the customer returns page in the “Online Store”.

-        A representative of the shipping company will attend to receive the order.

-        "Medical Sample" will replace the device with a manufacturing defect within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that :

o   The device should be free from any scratches or misuse .

o   Bring the original box with all accessories and manuals inside .

o   A report from an authorized service agent may be required prior to the replacement process.
